POLICIES

All children attending Southwind must be “FULLY POTTY TRAINED” to attend classes.

Please give very careful consideration to the enrollment of your child and be aware of the rules on refunds.

We enroll children by honoring former patrons and friends. It keeps a family-type atmosphere that is pleasant for all. We keep our enrollment small. We find that it is best for the child and the teacher. We accept other enrollments on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Tuition is due on the first of each month.

THERE IS NO REFUND ON DEPOSITS, TUITION OR FEES. We DO NOT PRO-RATE TUITION. The first tuition payment for the school year will be due upon enrollment and will be applied to September or the month you enroll during the school year. The ANNUAL FEE payment is also DUE UPON ENROLLMENT! We will begin our school year in late August and the days we work are free as a courtesy to make up for possible inclement weather days and the vacation days we take during the school year. There will be months with five weeks and months that will be short due to vacations. We charge the same amount for each month for the full nine months.

WE ASK THE PARENT TO SIGN A TUITION AGREEMENT CONTRACT upon enrolling your child. This agreement is for your child to attend the FULL NINE MONTHS of the school year. This agreement requires the parents to give the school 30 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO THE UPCOMING MONTH the tuition is due. For example, if you will be moving on December 1st you would need to notify us by NOVEMBER 1ST. This gives us the consideration to be able to fill the space you are vacating. We are a very small school with a very small budget. The plus side of our small class sizes is our biggest asset as it is best for the child to receive that individual attention, it makes it nice for the child, teacher, and parents. Please give thoughtful consideration to our policy. It will be greatly appreciated.

OTHER FEES:

We charge a ONE TIME FEE PER YEAR for supplies, (snacks, paper, tissues, crayons, etc.) This payment is due upon enrollment.

THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL FEE PAYMENTS.
